HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

Nowadays, the natural and most efficient way for humans to behave is to be calm, relaxed, creative and alert.

A habit is a behavior that becomes automatic and is neurologically

hard-wired in your brain. There are good and bad habits.

It takes about one month to break a bad habit or to form a new habit. Everything is mental and for this reason you have to set up your mind to make a change in your everyday actions : food, sleep, posture...

NUTRITION

Healthy foods will bring you the required energy to have an active life and help you to boost your immune system.

You are not what you eat, you are what nutrients you absorb. For different reasons some people don't have a good gut-flora (stress, lack of sleep, junk foods).

Sometimes, we may not produce enough enzymes to assimilate the nutrition in our food because of the fatigue or stress.

Every now and then, it is important to consume some sort of probiotics,  to help your digestion in order to get the most out of your foods.

You should do a detox every year.

If you are eating well, sleeping well, exercising and keeping the stress to a minimum, you should feel great.

If you don't, then make sure you have the digestive enzymes you need for your diet to benefit you the maximum. Again, I can help but emphasize to make sure you are including in your diet probiotics to support digestion and good bacteria..

Drink one gallon of water a day and include some green tea. Eat a large amount of raw vegetables.

POSTURE
Our posture connects directly to our health. The way we live in our bodies reflects our emotional state.
If we change our posture, we immediately begin to influence how we feel and how we behave.
The posture benefits are multiple:
- Prevents fatigue because muscles are being used more efficiently, allowing the body to use less energy.
- Prevents neckache, backache and muscular pain.
- Keeps bones and joints in the correct alignment so that muscles are being used properly.
Support healthy joint surfaces. increases healthy blood flow.
- Contributes to a good appearance.
- Decreases the stress on the ligaments holding the joints of the spine together.
- Prevents injuries and the spine from becoming fixed in abnormal positions.
I will check on your physical being through strength training, total conditioning, and posture management. Learn to use the body in a more positive manner and our thoughts and feelings become more positive as well. I will show you the best stretch to improve your muscle flexibility, I will make sure that you have a normal motion in the joints and strong postural muscles.

SLEEP

Your whole body regenerates when you sleep, that's why a good nap or enough quality sleep at the right times can help protect your mental health, physical health and quality of life.

Sleep is involved in healing and repair of your heart and blood vessels.

When you work out, you're actually tearing the muscle tissue in a healthy way. After you eat your body uses some nutrients to repair your muscle tissue.

What you need to remember though, is that the protein and your body won't start repairing your muscle tissue until you are resting for an extended period of time, such as sleep.

A lack of sleep affects your body performance, if you're not getting a sufficient time to repair and recover your muscles one hundred percent. A good sleep helps to prevent body injuries.

You should take a nap once a day to recover faster. Naps have been shown to counter the effects of sleep deprivation, boost energy and productivity, and improve cognitive functioning, among other health benefits. Don't nap after 4pm because it will be more difficult for you to sleep at night time.

I recommend you to take a 30 min nap which will be enough time to boost your energy level to work out or recover from a training session.
